No, Really Seriously.....**

I was cleaning the house yesterday.....and listening to Kanye West on Pandora....I noticed I was getting grumpy.....So I put on Big Band/Swing music you know the kind Grams and Pops listen to- works like a charm.....I even felt like a 1950's housewife......you should try it- get back to me.......

So.....last night LEGS and I were on the couch in the theater room watching a movie (I am going to tell you which one soon....) on the Xbox.  When his Xbox friends get online, a little notice pops up to let you know, so there we are relaxing on the couch and a little notice pops up that says 'Sinful Chick' is online.  (Side note: I am VERY secure in my relationship with LEGS, I find it amusing and usually hilarious to watch other women hit on him.....no really seriously.) So I playfully look at him and teasingly say "Who is 'Sinful Chick'?" Now here is the rest of the conversation- no really seriously.....

LEGS: "One of my Xbox friends...."

ARMS: Now I am pretty sure my expression was like "Okay......AND?"

LEGS:"TIFFANY, Do you trust me?"

ARMS:"Of course I trust you....no really, seriously...."

LEGS: "I could give you the real answer, but it's not worth it....."

ARMS: "As opposed to the fake answer succeeding the trust statement?"

LEGS:"She's just some 12 year old girl I met on Xbox...."

This just keeps getting better.....LOLZ! I find this more entertaining than anything else, since I know LEGS in and out like the back of my hand he is friends with this girl because of the charity in his heart- but I do wonder why some 12 year old girl has the name 'Sinful Chick'-No, really seriously......

When I was looking for our wedding vows the other night....I came across some pictures of my sister and I in grade school.  Honestly we were ugly......I mean......maybe not my sister- but I was ugly......thank God that is over with.......See below the proof is in the pudding......

YIKES!!!

I like the Bubble Gum flavored ACT mouthwash, it makes me feel like a kid again........and don't tell anybody but I sleep with a stuffed animal every night....its a sock monkey LEGS got me.......but when I am sick or extra needy I sleep with George the Running Bear ALSO- that was LEGS' stuffed animal as a kid....he gave it to me......... .*D No, really, SERIOUSLY....

My friend Longshanks has a serious boyfriend......who is in a band.  I just think that is so BA- like she can say 'yeah I have a boyfriend.......he's in a band.." BAM!!!

The movie we watched last night is a Documentary called 'Restrepo.' It is National Geographic feature length film that chronicles the 1 year deployment of a platoon of US Army Soldiers in Afghanistan's Korengal Valley.  The Korengal Valley has seen the most action out of both wars.  I found the film to be enlightening, sad, fascinating, objective, amusing, basically nothing short of amazing and I highly recommend it.  

It was very interesting to see how beautiful it is over there, many times during the movie I felt like it could have been Alaska.  I also found myself fascinated by the Afghan people and how they live...I found myself empathizing with them in certain regards......that being said it is hard to know what to do over there. I was saddened by the grief and sacrifice these young soldiers experienced and still carry. It was a very realistic depiction of soldiers, how they live, act, and mourn.

A BONUS: to see the APACHE flying missions over there.....I just sometimes can't believe that LEGS goes to work and flies that amazing machine everyday....No, really seriously.....

LEGS is behind in his flying hours.  I am wondering if he is going to check before Christmas in the Gunnery portion of the course.  It would be nice if he did check because then he would be done with flight school.  Poor thing....he said they got out to the Range today, were flying over the Range to do a Range check, getting ready to do 'live fire' and the damn helicopter broke.  He said " I hate you helicopter...I just knew you were a piece of crap when I walked up to you this morning." (is it wrong for me to find this simply adorable?) 

LEGS' facebook update: 'Tomorrow when you are out and about in Enterprise Alabama or perhaps Ozark listen close... when you hear the Sound of Freedom coming from the Ft. Rucker range complex that is I raining down hot 30mm and 2.75 inch rockets training to deliver death and destruction in support of warriors doing our nations "light work" as some would say I appreciate all your support for those of you that wrote letters for me Thank you' ARMS response: YAY LEGS!!! You are so BA! And PS- your welcome for the letters......no, really seriously....

(heavy sigh) I love my husband......no, really seriously......

Went to the Doctor's again today.  I see this dude wearing a black trench coat with a chain down the back and a cross attached to it..no, really seriously....Who the hell does he think he is? Neo from the Matrix???........What a freak show........Anyways there is a plan in place for the Zombie Disease which puts me at ease ( a big thank you to the ladies that took care of me today! .*D ).......And I had to get 4 shots!!! Two in each arm.....Flu Shot, Tetanus, Hep A, Hep B....its times like these where I wish my Mommy was here to hold my hand.......no, really seriously....

Men's Health says you should avoid having bad eyes when you get older- 'Farsightedness happens, not all cataracts should-buy good sunglasses....my vision is 20/13....Whoop! Whoop!

The stove went out in our rental in AK.  $200 later......NICE........If we sold it now I am afraid we would lose a lot of money.......and we don't get a tax break because we rent it out....should we sell? or keep?.....I am inclined to hold on to it because if something ever happened to LEGS, I would high tail it back to AK, fix it up and live as a spinster for life.......LEGS says "I don't operate on the basis that I might not survive." I told him I don't either it just helps me sleep better at night having a plan in place because I don't even know if I could survive THAT which we do not speak of.......Reality Bites.............No, really seriously......
