Chicken Teriyaki Burgers (courtesy of my Sissy Megs)
4-6 Chicken Breast Halves
Pinapple Slices
Buns
Tomatoe
Teriyaki Marinade
Teriyaki Sauce
Tomatoe
Avacado
Cheese
Lettuce
Marinate Chicken Breast Halves in Teriyaki Sauce Overnight ( they have these handy dandy pouches made by Jack Daniels at the commissary for this)
Grill Chicken on Grill for 7-8 minutes or until done
Grill Buns and Pineapples until a nice golden color
Make Burger:
We put light mayo and teriyaki on both sides of the bun (not every much)
We use spinach because its healthier than ice burg
Avacado
Tomatoe
Pineapple
Cheese goes on hot chicken to melt
We eat these for lunch or on Sundays because its easy and not too bad for you if you do right....
